Let’s face it, life is busy. The work weekends up in chaos. Sprinkled with work, kids, family, exercise, cooking, meetings, etc. We may accomplish it all, but find yourself completely drained and stressed.
We enjoy a fun weekend then get hit with the Sunday night work week jitters. Than Monday shows up with its baggage filled with stress setting a poor tone for the remainder of the week.
So why not take a couple of small steps to enjoy stress less work week. You don’t have a waste a whole Sunday planning and cooking. Live it up and luxuriate in the weekend. But, by setting aside a while and scheduling ahead you’ll also enjoy your work week also .
Exercise
Take a workout class, head to the gym, enter a yoga DVD or choose a walk. Exercise may be a great outlet to alleviate and manage stress. Get your pulse up to release feel-good endorphins and improve both your physical and psychological state . Make your quick Sunday tasks even easier by understanding beforehand to extend your focus and energy levels.
Exercise reduces fatigue and improves concentration and application which combats the negative effects of stress. Even 5 minutes of exercise has been shown to decrease the consequences of hysteria .
To Do List
Create a weekly to-do list including your goals for the week. Pull your planner or calendar out and schedule your most vital tasks for the week. to remain successful and stress-free, find time on your schedule and plan ahead. Personally, if I don’t schedule my workouts before time i will be able to find something to fill my time thus skipping the workout.
Plan the large tasks first and write it down for a selected day and time. Then add the smaller tasks onto the schedule. this might include things that don’t require a selected time or aren’t a high priority.
Finally, fill the holes in with quickies. Quickie tasks can include responding to a couple of emails, cleaning or going for a walk.
Meal Plan
Nothing is worse than getting off work and thinking, what’s for dinner? it’s probably the primary question we still ask ourselves hebdomadally . So I say let’s tackle it and release our minds from the unwelcomed stress.
There are some ways to travel for meal planning. you’ll plan weekly, biweekly or monthly. Choose what works best together with your schedule. Personally, I suggest planning every Sunday.
It is less overwhelming and also budget friendly when considering weekly grocery sales. Grab the Sunday paper to see out the local sale flyers and pick a couple of main ingredients to start out with.
